Grading and Quality Parameters

Lawa/Rasgulla: A premium grade, typically 15 mm or larger (5+ suta), known
for being fully expanded, creamy white, and round. This is the most sought-
after grade for its size and texture.
Murra/Samundha: A good quality grade, usually between 12-15 mm (4-5 suta).
It is widely used for snacking.
Classification: 6 suta makhana is considered a top-tier or ``premium market grade.
`` It is also referred to as ``handpicked`` or ``super quality`` due to its meticulous sorting.
Appearance: The kernels are known for their bright, pristine white color. They are fully
expanded, round, and have a smooth, unblemished surface.
